This Blawg

Ex Aequo Et Bono is a blawg intended to voice opinions concerning the field of the law, and its connections or for that matter disconnections with reason; and the sometimes consequential determination of questions surrounding the conception of justice.

The focus would be to comment on cases, legislations, draft bills, policy actions (or inactions), and other trivia surrounding the body of the law.

It was rightly pointed out by Justice Louis D. Brandeis when he said, “If we desire respect for the law, we must first make the law respectable.” The blawg cannot aim at doing that, but just attempt at shaping proximal connects between law and reason to reach fair and just conclusions.
The blawg is open for submissions from the community at large on issues that related to the conception of Ex Aequo Et Bono.
